Initial Session
The Initial session is used to conduct an assessment. You will have the opportunity to share what concern is bringing you to seek support. Starting with strengths, you will also be asked a series of questions so the therapist can get to know you better. Here we will discuss frequency and length of sessions.

Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, the therapist and client(s) work together to create goals and explore techniques to achieve those goals. The sessions are used to reflect on how those techniques are working.

Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, we work as a team to identify goals, maladaptive patterns, and explore exercises that guide the couple to achieving their goals.

Family Therapy
A family is a type of system, where different things are in play that sustain the functions of the family as a unit. In Family Therapy, each member gets to discuss their concern so that the system can be identified. We will identify goals and explore techniques to achieve those goals.

Child/Adolescent Therapy
In Child/Adolescent therapy, the bond with the child/adolescent is tended to initially. Then the therapy is crafted to tend to the concerns and needs of the child while considering the concerns of the parent/caregiver.
